When I got married 26 years ago it was an exciting time in my life! Being married to the man of my dreams has been an incredible and awesome gift from God!! However after I moved from Jamaica to California to where my new home was. I struggled with having the joy of the Lord..and ultimately it caused my Spirit to stop Dancing..it was a new place IN MY LIFE. I HAD no friends and no family to speak of...then one day, I had a heart to heart talk with the Lord and He said “Marion..I have brought you here to CA and I know how to keep you! I know how to make you happy! I know how to make your Spirit Dance again. I know just Trust me!!” That moment was life changing for me as I felt my heart skip and A NEW DANCE came to my steps!

It is almost Time to Dance...I can not wait for our 5th year of being together. I know that God is going to show up in such a powerful way for a group of women who desire more of Jesus! We are going to be dancing in the natural and in the spirit. What a blessing this will be! Love you all and I am anxious to reconnect with everyone!

In August I had the opportunity to travel to the beautiful Island of St. Thomas. It was a beautiful place to discover and experience. It had a slower pace of life than Virginia for sure and the people were relaxed and seemed to really enjoy the pace of their lifestyle on the island. One day I saw two chickens as we drove by in a mini van..and I looked out the window and watched in amazement as the two chickens were dancing around and around in a circle .. just playing with the other.

Ha, even the animals know how to dance and have fun...the lowest of God’s creation, understands what the master created us to enjoy...Dancing! Let us learn together and just have fun..

Quench 2011- “A Time to Dance!” I can’t wait to see and feel what God will do this year. Are we ready for our date with the love of our lives? I know I am! This will be a time for us to forget about all the cares and weights of this world and shower Him with our praise because He is so well deserving of it. So ladies, let’s grab our dancing shoes and I’ll see you at Quench 2011......let’s dance!
